Requirements | Proven experience in social media management, preferably in photography, events, or a related industry. Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Marketplace advertising strategies. Basic knowledge of Lightroom for photo editing. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with the in-house team. Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications are a plus). Creative mindset with the ability to curate engaging content. |
Responsibilities | • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. • Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, and Marketplace to maximize reach and conversions. • Collaborate with the in-house team to select the best pictures and videos for social media campaigns. • Optimize content using Lightroom and other editing tools for high-quality visuals. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach. • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Google Adverts Certification is a plus) and Meta (Meta Certification preferred). • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates. |
