3. Advertising and Lead Forms

We use Google Tag Manager to load two services: Google Analytics 4, which records anonymised statistics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, device and rough location), and Google Ads conversion tracking, which tells us when a visit that came from one of our adverts leads to a call or an enquiry. These tools set cookies on your device for up to two years. They do not give us your name or contact details unless you send them to us yourself.
A cookie banner appears on our homepage, corporate pages and wedding page, which are the pages that use these tools. It lets you accept or decline these cookies before any are set: nothing is loaded until you choose Accept, and nothing is loaded if you choose Decline. Your choice is remembered in your browser and applies across the whole site, so you are not asked again on other pages. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, after which the banner appears again. You can also block cookies for any website in your browser settings. The note of your banner choice is stored only in your browser and is not used to track you, so it does not need consent. Pages that do not use these tools show no banner.
