Weddings & Private Events

Welcome to Sami's Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern all photography and videography services provided by Sami's Studio ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you"). By booking with us you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and reserve our team. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due as set out in your booking itinerary, typically before your event date.

2. Payments

Payments may be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Final payment must be settled prior to the delivery of any final photographs or films. Late or missing payments may delay delivery of your materials.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date subject to availability. Cancellations made close to the event date may incur additional charges.

4. Coverage & Delivery

• A sneak-peek gallery is typically delivered within 7 days of your event.
• Full edited photographs are delivered within 2–6 weeks.
• Highlight films are delivered within 8–12 weeks, including a review session to finalise the film.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons. We will always keep you informed of progress.

5. Copyright & Usage

Sami's Studio retains copyright of all images and films produced. You are granted a personal licence to print, share and use your photographs and films for personal, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to use selected images and films for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

While we take every care to capture your event, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to, equipment failure, venue restrictions, weather, or interruptions on the day. In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide an accurate itinerary, venue details and timings ahead of the event. We ask that your guests and venue staff allow our team reasonable access and cooperation to capture your day to the highest standard.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, accidents, natural disasters or government restrictions. In such cases we will endeavour to provide a suitable replacement photographer/videographer or reschedule where possible.

Corporate & Commercial

Welcome to Sami's Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern all corporate photography and videography services provided by Sami's Studio ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you"). By booking with us you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

A deposit may be required to secure your date and reserve our team. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit and a signed agreement (where applicable) have been received. The remaining balance is due as set out in your project agreement.

2. Payments

Payments may be made by bank transfer, card or invoice terms as agreed. Final payment must be settled prior to the delivery of final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made close to the project date may incur additional charges to cover committed resources.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

Delivery timelines for edited photographs, films and content are agreed per project and confirmed in your brief. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.

5. Copyright & Usage

Sami's Studio retains copyright of all images and films produced. Clients are granted a commercial usage licence as defined in the project agreement. We reserve the right to use selected work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

6. Liability

While we take every care to deliver to the highest standard, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including equipment failure, venue restrictions or interruptions on the day. Our liability is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected service.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate briefs, schedules, venue access and any required permissions ahead of the project. Timely communication helps us deliver the best possible results.

8. Force Majeure
