How we work at a show
- Before: we agree a running order, your stand location and the must-have shots, and tell you which access passes we need so you can request them in advance.
- Stand build and reveal: we capture the finished stand when the hall is quiet, where access allows.
- Show days: products, visitor conversations and any talks your team gives.
- After: a fast gallery, a highlight film and vertical cutdowns, delivered the same week.

ExCeL is at One Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, London E16 1XL. The closest stations are Custom House (Elizabeth line and DLR) and Prince Regent (DLR).
Do you cover both photography and film at ExCeL?
Yes. We provide a photo gallery, an edited highlight film and vertical cutdowns for social, all delivered the same week. You can see examples in the ExCeL films above.
Do you need access passes to work on the show floor?
Yes. Show organisers usually require exhibitor or contractor access for anyone working in the hall. We tell you exactly what we need ahead of the show so you can request it.
Can you cover the stand build as well as the show days?
Yes, where the organiser allows access. We agree a running order with you covering the build, the reveal and each show day.
How quickly will we get the photos and film?
Delivery is the same week as the show, with a full commercial licence for your own marketing.
