Any cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of deposits. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.
3. Liability
Sami’s Studio is not liable for unforeseen events, technical issues, or force majeure conditions beyond our control. We guarantee our professional services, but cannot accept responsibility for matters outside our control, including weather, venue limitations, or third-party equipment failure.
4. Copyright & Usage
All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Sami’s Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial use of the media. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
