All bookings require advance confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your date. Full payment must be completed prior to delivery of any media content. Sami’s Studio reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made on time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of deposits. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will make every effort to accommodate your new date.
3. Liability
Sami’s Studio is not liable for unforeseen events, technical issues, or force majeure conditions beyond our control. We guarantee our professional services, but cannot accept responsibility for matters outside our control, including weather, venue limitations, or third-party equipment failure.
4. Copyright & Usage
All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Sami’s Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial use of the media. Commercial use requires prior written permission.
5. GDPR & Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (names, emails, phone numbers) will be stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR. Your data is used solely for delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
